"Witchcraft" refers to a series of practices wherein people attempt to perform magic and change the outcomes of their lives. People who practice witchcraft are known as witches (plural) or a witch (singular) regardless of gender.
Witches don't necessarily need to be religious to perform magic. You'll sometimes people use the word "magick" to indicate that it's not make believe.
Paganism, and neopaganism, refer to the collection of spiritual practices outside of the umbrella of Christianity. Paganism is the umbrella term for a whole bunch of religions and religious practices, including Wicca, certain types of Witchcraft, heathenism, and many other eclectic societies.
People who practice Wicca likely identify as pagan; but not all pagans are Wiccan.
Wicca is a specific religion borne out of the original teachings of Gerald B. Gardner in the 20th century.
Many practitioners of Wicca refer to themselves as witches, and they tend to organize in groups called covens. Covens are generally led by the High Priest or High Priestess, but many Wiccans also celebrate their religion solo.
